Job Description

Spherion Staffing and its local client are seeking qualified CMMS Administrator candidates.
The Maintenance CMMS Administrator is responsible for support to the Maintenance Department which includes administrating the Computerized Maintenance Management System, Order Request, creating reports, knowledge of plant equipment, operation and company policies and other duties for the Maintenance Department. CMMS Administrator works under the general guidance of Reliability Manager. Sets own work priorities with work requests from Maintenance Department.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: 2 year business, vocational training, or equivalent training. CMMS experience (JDE preferred), knowledge of office operations, Microsoft Office, Windows, Lotus Notes, Repertoire, Access, Autodesk View. Requires attendance or continual study to learn updates, additions and other software.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years office and 2 years maintenance experience required.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, OT as required

Skills:
JOB DUTIES
1.-Maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System. This includes retrieval of reports and history usage, manage Preventative Maintenance & Lubrication Schedule programs, and new equipment data information.
2.-Trains other maintenance personnel and acts as resource person for department. Works with IT Department on issues concerning department, new software issues, developing new programs, maintaining system3.-Uses DAS reports and creates new reports.
4.-Coordinate and gives work direction and training on CMMS system to employees.
5.-Create SARS.
6.-Responsible for tracking completion of work order time and closure.
7.-Initiates new employee records and gives new employee orientation with training on departmental documentation procedures.
8.-Organizes training information and schedules new training as required.
9.-Organizing and filing equipment and vendor information.
10.-Attends meetings as necessary.
11.-Completes work order status change.
12.-Acts as backup for MRO supervisor and weekend scheduler for maintenance.
13.-Need to Manage BOM's and equipment configuration in the CMMS system.
14.-Track hours and spending for maintenance on engineering jobs and reconcile differences in charge.
15.-Schedules overtime for maintenance Department.
16.-Maintains equipment hierarchy, updates engineering changes and process changes.
17.-Supports maintenance 3111 process with Aux supervisor and Scheduler.

SKILLS: Ability to work with multiple priorities, ability to maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System; knowledge of production equipment and maintenance operations, ability to teach and train new employees; ability to work with confidential records, ability to operate multiple PC programs, ability to work with public; efficiently type and use calculator; ability to write memos, letters and reports; excellent organizational skills required.
