Job Description

The COBRA Customer Service Representative will answer incoming calls regarding questions about using COBRA to continue health insurance after leaving employment.

Working hours: Flexibility between 7am and 6pm

Ability to respond quickly and accurately to external client inquiries and provides
complete information
Ability to receive and use supervisor feedback to demonstrate growth in the position
Ability to learn and use multiple systems simultaneously

Education or equivalency to a High School Diploma
One or more years of demonstrated experience in a Front Line Customer Service
Must be able to pass a federal background check
