The Community Relations Manager is responsible for the sales and marketing effort and focuses on building relationships with referral sources in an effort to increase revenue through direct referrals.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop and implement the community???s sales plans working directly with the Executive Director
  • Seeks out and develops relationships with various Referral Sources via presentations, face to face contacts, phone calls, meetings, etc.
  • Conducts at least 35 visits per week ??? mix of medical and non-medical / new and follow up calls.
  • Establishes a Networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool, which is revisited as requested/needed.
  • Updates prospects, clients, and referral sources database for contact/and or mailing lists.
  • Tracks Networking efforts and reviews them with supervisor on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for entry and maintenance of database management system/lead tracking
  • Lead and coordinate all community outreach and community events for seniors, their families and the professionals in the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, identify level of care services, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to assist with the move-in process
  • Additional duties as assigned


Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:


The ideal candidate will be well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, possess exceptional problem-solving and time management skills, exude confidence and self-awareness, engage personal style with strong interpersonal insight, express compassion for residents, staff and guests on a consistent basis and above all else work with integrity in all interactions.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, homecare or other customer service field as a sales manager is an absolute must..
