Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Spherion Staffing is recruiting for a construction superintendent. Be a part of making a home buyers dreams come true! The construction superintendent is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure construction standards are achieved and project is on schedule
-Work with vendor partners to verify work is executed and meets expectations
-Manage sub contract agreements
-Maintain activity logs and inspection reports

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
-Passionate about construction
-Effective communicator
-Ability to confront difficult situations and make resolutions
-Organized
-Strong problem solving skills
-Fair and reasonable in all business dealings

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field preferred
-Ability to exceed customer expectations
-Minimum 2 years experience in new home construction
-Knowledge of State and Local building codes
