Job Description

We're looking for critical thinkers, who go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. We need qualified candidates to work in our fraud customer service department taking inbound calls regarding possible fraud. You get to be the first line of defense against banking fraud and take the initial claim.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding potential fraudulent activity on their accounts
Evaluate various scenarios and determine which is appropriate for a given situation
File compliance cases where appropriate
Use multiple systems simultaneously to research suspected fraud issues
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with a team
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Demonstrated ability to problem analysis and resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Credit card experience preferred
Banking experience preferred
Must be a critical thinker
Ability to type 60 wpm and efficient use of a PC and Microsoft programs

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
1-4 years custtomer service experience in a contact center environment.
Experience in fraud research and remediation prefered
