Manage questions, provide suggestions and help customers with decision making
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Proven customer support experience
Phone handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

High School

0-1 years

High school diploma or equivalency
At least 2 years customer service experience
Positive, upbeat attitude
Team player
