Spherion is currently recruiting for qualified Inbound/Outbound Call Center
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
-Strong customer service orientation and high energy level.
-Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience taking inbound/outbound calls.
-Must have high proficiency in MS Office Suites.
-Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
-Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
-Demonstrated professional demeanor, reliability and integrity.
-Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
-Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills, including ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems
-Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with high degree of accuracy.
Working hours: 1st and 2nd
***MUST have 6 months to 1 year of Call Center experience***
Looking for candidates that can work FULL AND PART TIME HOURS and ALL SHIFTS are NEEDED!!
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule/overtime, as needed.
