Job Description

Maintain and organize customer job packages. Work closely with Project Mangers in order to keep projects on schedule for completion. Work closely with office personnel in order to keep communication up to date with any changes in delivery, contact modifications and cancellations.

Provide direct support and assistance as requested by Project Managers.Know all company policies and procedures.Operate all equipment as such to assure all work is performed without harm to equipment and people.Read work orders, production schedules and drawings to determine delivery requirements, quality specifications and requirements to complete the job.Keep drawings and travelers with parts at all times.Assist estimating, accounting and project management with various clerical tasks as requested.Process all customer job packages to  take appropriate actions to ensure that compliance is met in accordance to company policies, procedures and price guidelines.Maintain customer job folder and ensure pricing information is up to date and changes are forwarded to accounting dept.Implements price changes according to customer contract terms. Read all contract and advise specific team members of contractual obligations required to complete a Customer job successfully.Prepare and tract all adjustments made to customer contracts/Purchase orders.Maintain customer job folder and customer drawing packages as outlined in the company record retention policy.Research and resolve customer inquiries and engage other team members for assistance when necessary.Provide support for customer proposals and quotes.Coordinate the use,organization and maintenance of Jobs in Progress.Prepare and distribute drawing packages and travelers for the shop floor.Review all assigned "open solicitation sites" and distribute selected RFQ's to estimators for quoting. Prepare, verify and distribute Change Orders as requested.Prepare, track, maintain and distribute correspondence to and from customers to relevant team members and or management staff. Perform various routine and non-routine office and clerical work (i.e. copying, filing, phones, etc.) Prepare logistics and/or provide logistics assistance for shipment of goods to and from customer locations. Any and all duties as requested or assigned.
