Job Summary: The Corporate Insurance Administrator works closely with the head of Legal on filing, maintaining, and managing insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance, vehicle identification cards, and company insurance policies and claims.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
-Manage submission of insurance claims.
-Assist third party risk consultant in collecting necessary company information, as needed, for insurance program. Direct information for claimants.
-File, organize, and electronically store copies of all insurance policies and other insurance-related documents. Store and save insurance data for reports.
-Collect corporate approvals and signatures for insurance documentation.
-Assist accounting and finance departments with insurance invoices and collecting legal approval of payments.
-Respond to employee and third party inquiries regarding coverage, limits, certificates of insurance, and other administrative information.
-Work with litigation team on maintaining claims database.

Working hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday

Skills:
Education and Experience Profile

Associates Degree in related field required, however; Bachelor's degree in related field desired
Minimum of 5 years high-level administrative assistant.
Experience with risk / insurance highly desired.
