Job Description

FUNCTION

Manage day-to-day relationship and communication with key customer contacts (sales/marketing/merchandising). Provide excellent customer service support both externally and internally in conjunction with corporate and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides phenomenal customer service support to Key Account/Customer
2. Communicate on Daily/Weekly Basis with multiple contacts within Customer (both externally and internally)
3. Work with customer to ensure customer expectations are aligned with plant deliverables, Document agreed expectations and work with plant personnel to meet/exceed expectations.
4. Manage customer communication relative to New Products, Product Improvements and Large Projects to ensure that all details are mutually understood and agreed to, as well as ensuring follow-through and completion on all agreed execution items
5. Quickly resolves problems by listening to the customers. Understanding their issues/concerns/complaints; work with plant personnel to determining the root cause of the problem; communicating and working with plant staff to identify and execute the best solution to resolve the problem.
6. Work closely with our Plant level team to enhance customer experience and relationship

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

1. Possession of a high school degree, associates degree or college degree from an accredited college or university and,
2. Four or more years of work experience of similar duties as described above. (experience working with larger accounts/customers preferred).

KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of Customer Service role within the manufacturing industry. This includes telephonic communications knowledge along with the related selling, administrative and technical product understanding.

SKILL
Strong attention to detail. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide variety of sources and communicating clearly to others (plant & customer personnel). Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments. Strong organizational skills and phone skills. Friendly and pleasant demeanor, easy to work with and is able to build strong relationships. Possesses the desire to go above and beyond to create fans out of our customers.
