-Responsible for accurate and timely customer billing utilizing knowledge of company products, processes and internal resources.
-Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating prompt and thorough attention to issues and requests.
-Enters maintenance/contract data into billing system as sold by sales professional.
-Works to resolve discrepancies in billing information.
-Creates and maintains contract records and billings. Responsible for maintaining all paperwork in customer files.
-Answers incoming calls from internal or external customers regarding questions or invoicing/options and proactively resolves all outstanding issues.
-Requests credit memos for any erroneous or changed billing.
-Deletes maintenance/contract data when equipment has been removed.
-Resolves customer billing issues.
-Creates additional reporting/spreadsheets as requested by customer and supervisor.
-Reports unbilled contracts information to Supervisor on a monthly basis.
-Forwards vendor meters collected to appropriate vendor on a monthly basis.
-Reconciles vendor credits to contract billings.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:45 pm
-Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish (and English).
-High school diploma or equivalent is required.
-Minimum of 1-2 years of business experience is preferred.
-Requires computer proficiency in data entry, Internet/Intranet and e-mail.
-Requires basic math skills.
-Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Possess strong customer service and telephone skills.
-Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
