Job Description

Spherion Staffing is now taking applicants for a Customer Care Rep I for a well known Insurance Call Center. Position is regular working hours with some overtime if necessary. All candidates will be asked to submit to a full background check and drug screen. Candidates will also be assigned assessments to complete before Interviews. Responsibilities will include, Customer Service of incoming and outgoing calls, qualifying customers, imaging documents and documenting in systems accurate outcomes. Must have at least one year previous in an automated phone service. Have workable knowledge of Health Insurance, be able to complete training courses and great customer service.

Working hours: M-F 8 AM-5 PM

1 Year Prior Experience
Understand Provider Contracts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
