Spherion Staffing & Recruiting is helping a brand new Asheville company ramp up their Customer Care Representative workforce! This is a great opportunity that is going to go fast!

Responsibilities:
--Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions
--Suggesting information about other products and services
--Recording customer information and orders
--Resolving problems

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
--Great customer service
--Ability to communicate effectively
--Multi-tasking
--Excellent phone etiquette

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in customer service
Able to type 40+ WPM
