The Customer Care Representative (CCR) position is the primary point of contact for residential and small commercial customers who contact the Customer Care Center by phone, fax, Internet, and mail. The CCR is responsible for creating a positive customer experience by identifying and solving customer needs then offering products and services available to fit their needs.
Working hours: M-F range from 7:00am - 9:00pm

Hours of operation can range from 7:00am - 9:00pm Monday - Friday, no weekends, with opportunities for overtime.
