Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with our client here in Mankato is seeking out full-time Customer Service Representatives! These are full-time, long-term positions with opportunities to earn great incentives and be a part of a winning, growing organization!

Working hours: (8) hour shift between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM + some Saturdays

Responsibilities:
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to multi-task
- Process customer requests for installation of residential service, move, repair, transfer/change or disconnection of current service
- Interact with customers in person in the Communication Center which will also include communication by phone, email, or fax
- Sell and explain available products, services and features and recognize opportunities to up-sell
- Handle customer disputes
- Handle payment transactions and payment arrangements
- Process account adjustments and credits
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications; these positions are working from home temporarily:

**If selected for a video interview, you will undergo a review of your computer's technical specifications by sharing your computer screen in order to verify that they meet or exceed the technical requirements for the position:
1. Either a desktop or a laptop running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10
2. CPU: If you have a dual core (including single with two logical) you will need at least a 2GHz clock speed base or turbo speed. If you have a quad core or higher you will need at least a 1.6GHz clock speed base or turbo speed.
3. 4 GB of RAM
4. Direct/wired internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with an internet speed test showing at least 10 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed. We do not allow wireless connections for work due to potential inconsistency in connection strength
5. Skype-compatible webcam
6. A cell phone with unlimited minutes, consistently good signal, and a headset OR a dedicated landline with a phone with a headset. During work hours, this phone will need to be dedicated to work as our system will remote transfer calls to the phone.

- Must have punctual and regular attendance and be able to work extra hours if needed.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
- Must be able to function properly under time constraints and work well under pressure.
- Must perform all work duties in a safe manner and maintain proper office atmosphere through actions and approved dress attire.
- Must be able to think quickly and act appropriately in any emergency situation.
