Job Description

Serves as the link between the customer and the Service Center in the delivery of prompt, efficient customer focused services. Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to scheduling, work request assignments and numerous administrative support activities using the designated software.

Training Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm

Work Schedule:
3rd Shift
Saturday 6:00pm - 6:30am
Sunday 6:00pm - 6:30am
Tuesday 10:30pm - 7:00am
Wednesday 10:30pm - 7:00am

Rotating Holidays, Weekends & 2nd Shift Schedules Based On The Needs of The Department.

Responsibilities:
Receives, logs and assigns all work requests for services supported by the department.
Monitors and responds to web and email requests in an efficient manner.
Utilizes the designated software for electronic logging, assigning and closing of work requests.
Oversees the request and distribution of FOBS and mechanical keys.
Participates in projects for the department and division; providing data entry, research and other administrative support.
Responsible for shuttle assignments; ensuring the transportation needs of patients, guests and staff are taken care of in a timely manner.
Performs administrative duties for the service center and other departments within the division.
Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
Experience in customer service required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos and other forms of verbal and written communications

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to be successful in a stressful, fast-paced environment, handling difficult situations and conflict resolution when necessary
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of software
1+ year experience required
