Job Description

Spherion is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative! We are looking for applicants that have a superb customer service background. Candidates qualified for this position must be proficient with computers, while also having the understanding about the process of acquiring, validating, storing, protecting, and processing required data to ensure the data is accessible and accurate.

The position is full time being 40 hours each week. Working hours will be 7:30AM -4:30PM, with an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities:
-In this position you will be in charge of directing most if not all the incoming calls to the correct department if you are unable to assist with the customers dilemma and/or inquire.
-The idealmatch will be eager to create a routine and obtain the understandings of the company???s products and services, to be prepared for the possibilities of deviation from the usual procedures.
-Will be in charge of preserving the organization of customer order files.
-Generating new orders, while having the ability to adjust current and/or accelerate orders per customer request.
-Has to have awesome communication skills to ensure you (candidate) are properly assisting with insight with company products, services, and order statuses.
-Being in this position the candidate will be solving simple customer obstacles, but also must interpret the needs of the customer to transmit to service and technical departments.
-Must have a team work mind set.
-Transmit product drawings by mail per customer requirements.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
The candidate must have the ability to connect with customers in order to give them the service they deserve. This means FANTASTIC communication skills, and the ability to pay attention to details.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-COMMUNICATION WILL BE KEY, orally and written.
-Must have High School Diploma or equivalence.
-Previous Customer Service experience required.
-Working in a timely yet accurate manor will be required.
-Will be required to have basic office skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
-Must be organized, eager, and have the ability to be compliant with the expectations of this facility.


Must be willing to submit to background and drug screen.
