Job Description

Provide customer service and sales for electronic warehouse.

Answer incoming call from customers
Generate new orders- Take verbal purchase orders
Up selling promotions
Provide technical support to customers
Verify customer shipping information
Make follow up calls
Support and interface with sales personnel
Filing
Run reports
Orders done in a timely manner
Accuracy with notes and call logs

Working hours: 8am-5pm

Skills:
2 years experience in customer service/ sales (in a professional setting)
Type 50 wpm
Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Outlook & Excel
Knowledge of CRM software
Knowledge of JDE or ability to learn within 3 months
Ability to effectively present to both large and small groups, customers and co-workers, using tact and diplomacy.
Write correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
Ability to communicate in an articulate manner
Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal business relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers
Organize and Prioritize a heavy workload
