Job Description

Spherion is looking for Customer Routing Coordinators for our client on the North side of Indianapolis! Interviews are being held now for training that will begin on March 4th. Candidates must be available to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
-Research and respond to customer inquiries
-Review and update customer records on computerized data base
-Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
-Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
-Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
-Good written communication skills
-Problem solving ability
-Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-College level education or equivalent, relevant experience
-Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience


-Drug screen and background check required
-Resume and 2nd interview required
