Job Description

Spherion is currently looking for a Customer Service Admin for a local company in Duluth, MN. This is full-time, temp-to-hire position with working hours on Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
-- Assist in taking incoming client calls
--Making sure that membership clients are continually called. Extra scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls.
--Maintain required daily call counts to make daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
--Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the client database.
--Work with dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians with accurate client information.
--Make sure that the client is notified ahead of time if we are not going to arrive within the scheduled time window and reschedule to the client's satisfaction.
--Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
--Assist with supervising and assisting in the dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
--Responsible for issuing purchase orders for maintenance supplies and parts timely so that preventative maintenance visits and repair work can be completed in a timely fashion.
--Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation.

Working hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Skills and Requirements:
--High school diploma or GED required.
--Prior call center experience preferred.
--Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
--Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills.
--Attention to detail and follow-through.
--Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
--Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
--Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
--Must be adaptable and positive.
