Job Description

The CSR role is the primary contact with all customers through phone calls and emails responsible to organize and monitor customer orders through the production process.

Five years (5) specific book manufacturing/printing experience required.

Responsibilities:
Primary contact between sales and customer to ensure all orders are generated correctly and efficiently
Responsible for assisting with customer questions/concerns regarding quotes, orders and order status
Communicating with customers in regard to product delivery and or delays

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Minimum of 5 years printing experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Problem solving skills
Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years
