Job Description

Inbound Customer Service Representative
Looking for people who enjoy helping others!
No sales, No collections, and No Cold Calls
Full time availability between 7am - 7pm
Paid 1-week training

Responsibilities:
Assist existing customers with various inquiries in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism
Research and resolve customer issues
Input customer information into client systems
Manage transactions and changes to accounts
Offer solutions that optimize the customer experience and retain their business

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced customer service environment
Proficient with computers

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience with insurance preferred (not required)
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
