Job Description

Agent will provide services to individuals looking to enroll in health coverage plans by assessing the needs, concerns and preferences of customer. Agent will be tasked with developing a rapport, listening and helping customers make sound decisions regarding the best coverage.

*Provide exceptional customer service
*Answer questions in a timely manner
*Set up insurance enrollments and register new members
*Advise and direct members in need
*Diagnose issues and provide resolution
*Encourage enrollment for customers

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

-Excellent communication both written and verbal
-Passionate and confident
-Professional and polished in customer interactions
-Able to diagnose issues quickly and resolve with patience and empathy
-Active listening, while providing help with every client

High School

1-4 years

2 Years' experience in inbound or outbound insurance industry preferred
2 Years' minimum customer service experience
High diploma or GED
