Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate for our client in Burlington! This position serves as part of the Customer Service team and will primarily assist with task work relating to client interactions, new and recurring initiatives, special projects, and other support as needed. It will provide exposure to client relations, digital marketing, technical support, and general business administration.

The person in this role is responsible for task work as assigned from the Customer Service Team; website audits; support email inbox management; quality assurance of work completed to ensure high level of customer satisfaction; and some direct client contact, both inbound and outbound vua email & phone.

Working hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (using English)
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Possesses critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with web-based technologies in a Windows environment and Digital Marketing experience are a plus.
