Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume customer response center
- Handle inbound customer calls to process payments, offer billing solutions, endorse policies, and confirm coverage for 3rd parties for personal lines insurance policies
- Handle customer's direct and in-direct need
- Build rapport and educate the customer to assist them with their insurance needs
- Responsible for product offerings and education of products and services such as eservice, different billing options, etc.

Working hours: 9am-7pm

Working hours: 9:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. Mon. - Sat.

Must be able to work between the hours of 9am-7pm Mon-Sat.- This is a 37.5hr - 40 hr work week
