Customer Service - Banking

Job Description

Are you familiar with online banking? Have you paid a bill online? Are you a rockstar customer service agent?

We're hiring for inbound banking customer service employees and would love you to be considered.

Pay: $15.50-17.00/hr DOE.

Schedule: Banking hours day shift - M-F with rotating Saturday

You'll be taking inbound phone calls assisting callers by verifying their account details, assisting with login questions and troubleshooting, answering general banking questions and providing amazing customer service with a smile. We have a casual environment, your own desk (YES! We're maintaining social distancing) and opportunities for growth!

Responsibilities:
Customer service experience required - at least 6 months
Contact center experience preferred
Computer skills are a must - you'll be navigating multiple systems.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Comfortable navigating computers while talking
Ability to navigate and learn multiple computer systems
Provide world class customer service

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Ability to type 35 WPM
Must be at least 18
Obtained a high school education or greater
