Obtains patients information and establishes new patients
Enters/updates patient information
Creates new accounts
Schedules field service repair calls
Accurately takes messages and transfers calls to physicians and nurses
Working hours: Working hours: Mon-Fri 6am-6pm (flexible hours for an 8 hr. shift.)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have customer service experience in an office setting (no retail)
Call center experience a plus
Great communication skills
Bilingual Preferred: English fluently plus speak a second language (Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and Mandarin).
Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients, and other staff members
