Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting current and potential new customers with enrollment processes and assisting existing customers with status updates. In addition, they will provide customers with their current account information, resolve questions concerning eligibility and assist with the application process. The CSR will also create IT tickets based on customer needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, have previous customer service experience, and ability to think quickly, problem solve and be productive in a fast paced environment while adapting well to change.

Job Description:
* Assisting potential new customers with eligibility requirements and needed documentation.
* Capturing caller information, and sending out applications.
* Provide new customers with program specific information and application assistance.
* Explaining program specific benefits to qualified or approved applicants and existing customers.
* Research accounts and provide account status updates.
* Assist current customers with program benefit recertification, including reading disclosures and attestations.
* Transfer customers to appropriate departments for further assistance.
* Provide technical support to program customers who are experiencing issues with job based equipment.
* Create IT tickets based on issues the customer is experiencing and customer need

Working hours: Flexible shifts - Full and Part Time Hours Available

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and use multiple systems on multiple platforms
*Ability to identify customer problems and take appropriate actions in the correct system
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle upset callers
*Active listening skills and ability to ask clarifying questions to gain understanding
* Problem solving skills
* Must demonstrate patience and compassion toward callers
* Ability to take constructive criticism and have a willingness to change
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* You must be at least 18 years old and pass a background screening and drug test
