Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides excellent service to walk-in and over the phone customers. Provide immediate resolution of inquiries, help direct customers and visitors to appropriate areas of the building and be the first point of contact for this growing company!

Customer Service:
-Provides first level customer service to customers who contact the company with questions
-Ensures phone calls are answered promptly and meets all service level agreements
-Transfers and/or escalates phone calls to the appropriate staff when additional support is required
-Collects information and maintains consistent support while providing a positive interaction with the customer

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Experience with multi line phone system
-Positive attitude, detail oriented and able to multitask
-Proficient on computer
-Able to use Microsoft Office Suites

High School

1-4 years

*High school diploma or GED
*Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
*1 year of customer service experience
