Job Description

A growing wealth management company in Asheville is looking for a financial services representative to help provide customer service to high net worth individuals. The right candidate will have a "how can I help" personality. This has room for growth at one of the best privately owned companies in the region.

Responsibilities:
Help clients with any questions
Able to find information and gather data in a professional manner
Work on computer while on the phone
Able to keep information confidential

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Great phone skills
Professional etiquette
Able to search information quickly
Ability to comprehend and explain financial information

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office Suites
At least 2 years' customer service experience
Detail oriented and organized
Basic math skills
