Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
-Give information and help solve customer problems
-Open customer accounts by recording account information

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
-Proficient on a computer
-Able to use a multi-line phone system
-Able to type 40+ WPM
-Positive attitude and commitment to customer service

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in MS Office Suites, Google Suites and Outlook
Proven work history working in customer service
Able to work on a team or independently
