Job Description

Spherion is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a client located in New Bedford, MA.

This candidate is the main point of contact between customers and sales/service operations for all supply chain matters and order processing.
Facilitate monthly sales and data processing meetings with the customer service team and report results to senior leadership.
Train and develop the customer service team, streamlining all order admin and supply chain functions

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role responsible for back office operations and B2B sales.
Able to understand and implement SAP functions with order processing and logistics.
Understanding of how to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with KPI's, SAP software, CRM systems, and Six Sigma applications.
