Hiring for an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager in Philipsburg, PA!

This client specialized in the manufacturing of hematology equipment. This position is responsible for the management of workflow for all customer care tasks, and optimizing customer service quality and communication. 
  • This is a 1st shift position, running Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

  • Pay is competitive and depends on prior experience and qualifications.

Qualification

  • GED or HS Diploma and

  • BBA/BS or equivalent and 

  • 10-15 years of experience in customer service management 

  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills

  • Proven team leadership experience

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work with minimum supervision.

  • Outstanding follow-through

  • Ability to motivate, encourage, and grow a team
