Hiring for an experienced and qualified Customer Service Manager in Philipsburg, PA!

This client specialized in the manufacturing of hematology equipment. This position is responsible for the management of workflow for all customer care tasks, and optimizing customer service quality and communication. 

This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Pay is competitive and depends on prior experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity to be hired on full time.

  • Management of customer service department

  • Compliance with company policy and regulations

  • Provides leadership, direction, and training for all csr employees

  • Increase positive customer service experience, engaged customers, and organic growth

  • Prioritize, schedule, delegate tasks, and foster a team environment

  • Identify and solve problems as needed

  • Communicate and assist inter-departmentally as needed; including: Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Distribution, Accounting, to name a few

  • Provide accurate record keeping and reports


  • GED or HS Diploma and

  • BBA/BS or equivalent and 

  • 10-15 years of experience in customer service management 

  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills

  • Proven team leadership experience

  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work with minimum supervision.

  • Outstanding follow-through

  • Ability to motivate, encourage, and grow a team
