Job Description

Spherion is looking for a Customer Service position for a small, family owned business in Mishawaka, IN!

Position will be PART TIME from 11am-5pm Monday-Friday and 30 hours per week. Position may have up to 40 hours of work during summer months but will vary. Position is long term and temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities:
-Receiving Samples
-Answering Phone Calls
-Order Taking
-Taking Payments
-Sending Out Reports
-Answering/Responding to E-mails
-Data Entry
-Working Closely with Scheduling/Field Techs/Laboratory Team
-ACT Database Maintenance/Statuses
-Send Reminder Notices for Quarterly Compliances
-Google Calendar Knowledge/Changes/Updates/New Entries
-Quickbooks Knowledge
-Scanning Documents/Transferring to ACT
-Write and Send Thank You Notes
-Quality Control/Verify Reports are correct prior to sending

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Quickbook knowledge
-2+ years experience in the clerical field
-Google Map/Docs knowledge
