Job Description

Spherion's hiring! We are seeking multiple Customer Service Reps for our client, a well-known and award winning automotive marketing company in Burlington! This is a 3-6 month position with the potential for temporary to hire for best match candidates!

This full-time (40 hours/week) position and will provide exposure to client relations, digital marketing, technical support, and general business administration.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with task work relating to client requests, new and recurring OEM initiatives
Assist Client Support Managers as needed
Support email inbox management
Quality assurance of work completed to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Participate in some direct client contact, both inbound and outbound - email & phone

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6PM with an hour unpaid lunch

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Outlook is a must
Critical-thinking skills
Familiarity with web-based technologies Windows environment
Digital Marketing experience are a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
