Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide high quality and efficient customer service in person and on the phone
Manage/coordinate all account activities
Ability to make independent decisions following predetermined guidelines
Follow policies and procedures within company
Attend training meetings to improve knowledge and skill
Enter client/customer information into database
Create monthly reports for clients
Identify new business opportunities

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Skills:
Qualifications:

Minimum two years Customer Service experience
Team and goal oriented
Able to work in demanding, fast paced, problem solving environment
Must be well organized with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in computers a must
