Job Description:

Customer Service Representative - will ensure customers receive the best service possible through positive interactions via various communication channels such as in person, voice, email, internet chat and social media. Must enjoy working in fast paced, ever-changing environment and want to work with a team. Maintain regular contact with customers and clients and provide exceptional service and professionalism. Representatives must be able to multi-task on phone and computer.

Working hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm


-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
-Proficient in G-Suites
-Excellent communication skills both written and orally
-Team oriented

-Able to multi-task
