Responsibilities:
-Answer calls and emails and direct to appropriate team member
-Conduct pre-screen interviews with customers and clients
-Greet customers with exceptional attitude and service
-Input information into database and Google Drive
-Schedule appointments

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Able to multitask and work quickly
Work independently and on a team
Provide excellent customer service
Great sense of humor
Able to type 40+ WPM

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service
-Proficient on MS Office Suites and Google Suites
-Associates degree preferred
-Customer service experience required
