A great company in Asheville is looking for entry level customer service representatives to join their growing team! All shifts available!

Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues without escalating calls to higher level of support.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Need to be able to multi-task effectively.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Proficient on a computer
Reliable and able to show up to work on time

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong data entry skills.
Type 40 WPM.
