Job Description

Inbound and outbound order processing CSR to handle research, orders, and provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
PC skills + 1 to 2 years of phone-based customer services.

Effectively handle retail inbound order requirements and customer service in a professional manner over the telephone.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Phone skills

Data entry
Dependability with solid attendance
Willingness to learn, grow and work in a team environment.

High School

1-4 years

1-2 years of phone-based call center customer service skills.
(Retail face-to-face customer service does not apply for this role)
Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
Must demonstrate tact, patience and professionalism.
Work with teammates effectively.
Be reliable and have a dependable attendance track record.
