Job Description

The purpose of the position is to grow revenue by partnering with Outside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives to meet the needs of customers through expertise in products, internal processes and troubleshooting, and direct quoting and ordering as best facilitates the growth of the Territory/Territories covered.

Responsibilities:
Process Orders and Quotes provided by both Internal Customers (Outside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Representatives) and from External Customers.
Will gather input directly from customers if reached via inbound phone contact. Responses to phone and email orders will go through OSR/ISR team to review and forward back to customer.
Service existing and potential customers by answering product and service questions, including suggesting information about other products.
Provide responses to inquiries and requests both promptly and accurately with complete information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer concerns/complaints/needs and determining the cause/source of the problem.
Identify the most efficient solution to solve the problem
Expediting corrections or adjustments personally or ensuring ownership is passed to best person to address
Following up to ensure resolution complete and internal and/or external customer is satisfied
Additional frequent responsibilities include:
Opening customer accounts by recording account information
Maintaining customer records by updating account information
Processing Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for all customer related returns
Processing warranty replacements
Processing No Charge shipments
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of multiple product lines including part numbers, features and pricing
Performs all other related duties as assigned
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Six months customer service experience or equivalent is required
Communication skills (verbal and written) and understanding of cultural sensitivities
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications required; ability to learn in-house software application
Excellent problem-solving skills

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Able to work with a variety of personalities and maintain composure under stressful conditions
Able to effectively locate, communicate and document information
Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred, but equivalent experience acceptable
