Spherion, a recognized leader in the recruiting and staffing industry, is looking for extraordinary Customer Service Representatives with strong phone etiquette experience. They must be familiar with telephone systems as well as have the ability to type information into the computer.
-Answers calls from customers and place customer calls.
-Relays general information to callers regarding the facility.
-Conducts reminder call backs.
-Type verbal/written information into the computer.
-Perform other duties as necessary.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
-Work experience in office preferred, excelling in customer service
-Fluent bilingual, English and Spanish preferred but is not a requirement
-High school graduate or equivalent
-Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
