Job Description

A full- service supplier of recognizable luxury brand name products is searching for a Customer Service and Sales Support person to join their team. This is a key position responsible for superior quality customer service and sales support. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must pay close attention to detail, be patient, and attentive with exceptional listening skills. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and time management ability. A friendly disposition and professional behavior with customers is essential.

Responsibilities:
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
Enter customer orders and manage order execution by meeting in-hands and provide tracking to customers
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all internal and external sales team members
Answer telephone calls and assist customers and sales reps.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence in a timely manner
Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
Learn and understand the order process which includes resolution of problem orders in a very timely manner
Provide product and pricing information as requested by sales teams or customer
Work with marketing and merchandising on customer requests
Performs other duties as assigned

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate and build trusted relationships with all levels of staff and external contacts
Significant attention to detail
Inquisitiveness and ability to solve problems
Superior customer service skills
Works with sense of urgency as required to meet customer needs
Proficiency in MS Office products including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer facing position
Associates or equivalent experience preferred
