Job Description

Claims Representative owns the claim process on shipments sent via UPS and US Postal Service that originated in our retail Ship Centers. We utilize various tools to investigate root causes of a claim. We advocate for our customers to provide a solution that maintains customer loyalty. We support and work closely with various internal and external partners.
This is a Call Center/Office environment

Ideal candidates will have call center experience with inbound and outbound calls. Typical call volume would be 10-30 call per day and about 4-10 cases per day. The team could have about 300 calls during peak season. Cases would involve email, calling customers, assisting with claims. Customers may have late, lost or damaged packages

Working hours: various 1st shift

The right candidate should have the following skills:
-Needs to be proficient in Outlook
-Needs to have basic excel
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to overcome obstacles
-Strong written/verbal communication
-Excellent attendance is required
-Excellent customer service
