Job Description

Currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a client in the Hughesville area. Would be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong professional relationship with customers. This is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break or 8am-4:30pm with a 30 minutes lunch break.

Qualification

  • High School Diploma/ GED required.
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or three to five years related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate action when confronted with a problem.
  • Ability to have high stress tolerance levels.
  • Excellent written/oral communication.
  • Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Process requests from Sales, Representatives and Customers, including data entry, process orders, schedule, and deliver to the assigned production department.
  • Review orders to determine product data such as types, quantities, specification, and scheduled delivery dates. 
  • Receive and responds to concerns regarding order status.
  • Set up and maintain inventory controls and level to conform to budgets and forecasts. 
  • Work with management and Marketing to prepare specifications for quality, quantity, delivery and service for catalog shoots, trade shows, and special training materials.
  • Price samples for inter-company and international sample requests.
  • Maintain contacts with sales representatives and customers to follow up sample efforts and to keep informed on needs of sales personnel and customers.
