Job Description

Join our insurance client as a Customer Service Representative! This west side position offers a chance to work with a well known Madison company and offers excellent work experience!

As Customer Service Representative you'll be responsible for:

-taking approximately 50-60 inbound calls from members inquiring about provider options in network and pre-authorization questions
-explaining insurance terminology like what a deductible, co-insurance, and copays are and how they financially impact the member on the phone
-providing great customer service with positivity and friendliness

Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.


-2+ years of call center experience (any industry) or
-2+ years of healthcare/health insurance experience
-ability to type 30 wpm
