Job Description

Spherion, in partnership with American Family Insurance, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep position. This position will train during first shift, but then once trained will move to a M-F 10:30am-7pm shift with no room for flexibility.

Responsibilities:
This individual will be taking incoming calls from business partners such as body shops and field adjusters. They will be processing payments. They will also be monitoring the e-mail inbox to include working daily e-mails.

Working hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
At least one year of customer service experience in a phone setting.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Type 30+ wpm
Ability to clearly communicate over the phone
Able to use dual screens and multiple systems
Team player
