Working hours: day shift 9 am to 6 pm
-High volume of correspondence via phone and email
-Contact outside facilities for proper paperwork and documentation
-Detailed data entry
-Research and quality control of reporting
-Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

-A quick learner who can work well in a fast paced environment.
-Able to prioritize and stay on task in stressful situations.
