Job Description

Spherion Staffing is seeking motivated individuals for a customer service position in the Melbourne area.
Responsibilities include:
Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, mail.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel, modify or upgrade accounts.
Advise on company information.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Enter data into software system.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Skills:
4+ years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Potential to grow into a supervisor role
